On July 20, Fu Wah Property 2017 Semiannual Work Debriefing was held at Red Sandalwood Building where Fu Wah Property is headquartered. Among more than 50 attendees were some senior executives of Fu Wah Group, executives of Fu Wah Property above the manager level inside and outside Beijing, and senior executives of Fu Wah Hong Property Management Co., Ltd.
President Chiu Yung first reported the group's recent new business achievements and shared new ideas for the future development. Notably, Fu Wah-New Zealand Silver Fern Railcar JV Project was signed in the previous day. As a key project drawing great attention from the local government, the project can boost local tourism significantly and enhance the local influence of Fu Wah, marking a significant step forward of Fu Wah in its overseas development. Besides, the Prince of Monaco hosted the Imperial Palace Collection Exhibition last week. "Temple of Heaven" and "Hexagonal Pavilion", valuable collections of China Red Sandalwood Museum, were invited to the exhibition, earning high praise from the prince, the Chinese Ambassador to France and Monaco, and other personages and causing a great sensation in Monaco. Jinbao Street, Sanya Project, Anhui Tiger Zoo and other projects of Fu Wah are also underway.
Then the general managers of the Sales & Marketing Center, Finance Department and branches of Fu Wah reported their work. Yang Tao, General Manager of Fu Wah Property, hosted the meeting and reported the company's work in the first half of 2017. He briefly analyzed the current situation of real estate, recognized the company's progress in management in the first half of 2017, and stressed that all companies should overcome difficulties to fulfill their annual targets.
At last, Chiu raised new requirements, hoping that the company will keep going and develop collaboratively to achieve better results.
